1. Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
Not damaged or tampered with.
Not part of clearance or “final sale” items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via phone (+91 73005 29893) or visit our store within 7 days. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
4. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different product or size, please return the original item (as per above) and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us.
